Tournament Details

OK guys it looks like we're going to have awesome weather for our last night of golf. So here is what is going to happen on Monday. We have 2 golfers that can't make the tournament/banquet so the pairings are listed below with the starting hole for each group.

Shotgun start from front side. Please be there by 4:00.

2-Man Scramble.

Teams consist of two players each. After each shot, the better of the two shots is selected and both players play from that spot, until the ball is holed. One team score is recorded.

Longest Drive on hole #5 / Closest to the pin on hole #8

Awards to start during or right after we order our food so those who have to leave can get out of there sooner.

League/Tournament Updates

Golf League update:

With no more rain-outs the tourney & banquet will be on October 2^nd. If we do have another rain-out we need to decide to go to the 9^th or stop short.

So for the tournament it will be a scramble format and we’ll try the best we can to match up a low handicap golfer with a higher handicap golfer. We're going to have a longest drive and closest to the pin contest. Payout will be 1st/2nd/3rd at $40/$30/$20 and longest drive and closest to the pin at $10 each. Instead of collecting the money from everyone I'll just take it out of the prize money in our golf league bank account so we don't have to collect it on that night. Also I’m thinking we’ll do a shotgun start so we can all get in together and before it gets dark.

Banquet will be same as last year as everyone can just order off the menu.
